The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey assembled a panel of policy thinkers to discuss ways of reforming the Authority. The panel included Citizens Budget Commission President Carol Kellermann, along with Mitchell Moss, Director of the Rudin Center for Transportation at New York University; Jameson Doig, Professor of Politics and Public Policy at Princeton Universityand author of several books on the metropolitan regional transportation system; Martin Robins, Director of the Alan M. Voorhees Transportation Center at Rutgers University; and Robert Yaro, President of the Regional Plan Association.
