New York City Comptroller Scott M. Stringer was honored with the Medal for High Civic Service and delivered the keynote address at CBC's 86th Annual Awards Dinner. 

Former Vice-Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board Stanley Fischer received the Felix G. Rohatyn Award, which was created to recognize legendary champions of New York and sound fiscal management.
